Refund Policy

Trial Before Purchase

GDCRM offers a 2-day trial option so customers can test activation and core extension access before buying a paid license.

Refund Window

Refund requests may be reviewed within 7 days of purchase if the license cannot be activated or the customer extension cannot be delivered after reasonable support troubleshooting.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Expired trial keys or expired paid license periods.
  • Incorrect customer setup where support instructions were not followed.
  • Violation of GDCRM terms, abuse, sharing, reselling, cloning, or unauthorized use.
  • Third-party account restrictions, WhatsApp account issues, or platform policy enforcement outside GDCRM control.

Contact support@gdcrm.store with your customer email, license key prefix, payment transaction or invoice ID, selected plan, and issue details.
