Trial Before Purchase
GDCRM offers a 2-day trial option so customers can test activation and core extension access before buying a paid license.
Refund Window
Refund requests may be reviewed within 7 days of purchase if the license cannot be activated or the customer extension cannot be delivered after reasonable support troubleshooting.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Expired trial keys or expired paid license periods.
- Incorrect customer setup where support instructions were not followed.
- Violation of GDCRM terms, abuse, sharing, reselling, cloning, or unauthorized use.
- Third-party account restrictions, WhatsApp account issues, or platform policy enforcement outside GDCRM control.

Contact support@gdcrm.store with your customer email, license key prefix, payment transaction or invoice ID, selected plan, and issue details.
Crypto Payments
Crypto payment refunds may depend on transaction verification, network fees, exchange conditions, and payment provider limitations.
