GDCRM provides a WhatsApp Web CRM extension, license activation, checkout, trial key, download, and customer support services. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how users can contact us.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you use GDCRM, we may process:

• Account and license details such as email address, name, license key, license duration, activation status, extension ID, and order ID.
• Checkout information such as selected plan, currency, payment status, transaction hash for manual crypto payments, and invoice metadata.
• Support information such as messages, screenshots, issue descriptions, and contact details you send to us.
• Extension settings stored locally in your browser, including CRM preferences, chatbot settings, templates, notes, automation settings, and related user-configured data.
• Technical information needed to operate the extension, such as browser extension ID, activation checks, error logs you submit, and basic service diagnostics.

WhatsApp Web Data

GDCRM runs on WhatsApp Web only to provide user-facing CRM features such as customer organization, quick replies, follow-up tools, chatbot automation, labels, notes, and workflow support. GDCRM does not sell WhatsApp message content. Data created inside the extension is primarily stored in Chrome local storage unless a user chooses to connect an external service or submit data through a feature such as support, checkout, licensing, or Google Sheets integration.

How We Use Information

• To verify licenses and unlock paid or trial access.
• To create orders, payment invoices, trial keys, and download links.
• To provide CRM, chatbot, support, and extension functionality.
• To respond to support requests and improve reliability.
• To detect abuse, prevent unauthorized activation, and protect customers.
• To comply with legal, payment, and Chrome Web Store requirements.

Chrome Web Store Limited Use Disclosure

The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. GDCRM only uses browser and extension data for user-facing extension features, licensing, security, support, and service operation. We do not sell user data, use it for unrelated advertising, or transfer it for purposes unrelated to the extension’s disclosed functionality.

Third-Party Services

GDCRM may use trusted providers to run the service:

• Vercel for website hosting and serverless APIs.
• NOWPayments for crypto checkout and payment status processing.
• Google Sheets or Google Apps Script for sales/order records when configured.
• Google Analytics for website traffic analytics.
• AI providers such as OpenAI, Gemini, or Groq only when the user configures chatbot/AI features and provides the relevant settings/API key.

Data Retention

License and order records are kept while needed to provide activation, support, fraud prevention, accounting, and service history. Local extension data remains in the user’s browser until the user clears browser storage or removes the extension. Support messages may be retained as needed to resolve issues.

Security

We use HTTPS, access controls, and limited service credentials to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to keep GDCRM data protected and limited to what is needed.

Your Choices

• You can uninstall the extension at any time.
• You can clear local extension data from Chrome settings.
• You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of support, license, or order data where applicable.

Children

GDCRM is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13.
